Examination Instruction Notification October - 2022 | Final examination of Medical Coding Course - First Section

1. Final examination of 3 month medical coding course is conducting On October 17th, 2022.
2. Accordingly, only those students have submitted the Examinations fees and cleared the outstanding dues of the course fee are eligible to appear in the final examination.
3. The timing for the Examinations to be conducted in OCTBER 2022 will strictly be as per IST (GMT+5.30hrs). (This is also applicable to the candidates appearing for the examination from OUTSIDE India.)
4. Students can use the devices such as Laptop/ Smart-Phone/Tablet/ Desktop. Charge the Laptop/Smart Phone/Tablet well in advance to last for at least hours.
5. The device should have continuous internet connectivity. Do not share the phone's hotspot with any other device while writing the examination.

General Instructions

1. The Timing of the examination to be conducted in October 17th2022 will strictly be as per 4 hours(included cool of time).
2. The student should long in 15 minutes before the commencement of the Examination.

4. For the smooth attempt of the online examination, students are advised to:
a) Sit in a closed room having enough light for the Camera to detect himself/herself. Make sure that you sit, facing the light during the examination. Do not sit against or near the window.
b) Please make sure that there is no noise around you during the examination.
c) Position the device in such a way that the front camera captures your face properly and you can sit for one hour to take up the examination conveniently without moving the device.
d) If your device is using a Wi-Fi router, make sure to sit near the WiFi Router/Modem to avoid any signal related issues.

Preparedness for the Examinations:

Students should make ready all the necessary stationery such as A4 size white papers, pen (black or blue ink ball/ dot pen), pencil, eraser and sharpener.

Total Marks 200 (100+60+40) All 3 Papers 100 Marks (written) and 60 marks for MCQ Examination . and 40marks Internal Assessment Marks.

Internal Assessment Marks

Internal Assessment Marks based on Class Discipline ,Classroom Performance Submission of Assignments , Class Test and Attendance(80%).

IEHRD Council will Conduct M.C.Q Examination directly in Online.

Grade

Students should Obtain Course Minimum Passing Mark is 40% ie - for written papers and internal Assessment . and Separate 40% Minimum for MCQ Examination of IEHRD Council. Minimum 40 % marks Required for passing ExaminationIn Practise for getting best job in Best Companies in India and abroad, students Required 60% to 70% Marks.
